Lifting geometry, attaching values, and standing up cross-sections are how the engine works today, in private development on real DOT plan sets. The corridor surface and the full spatial model are the vision — built deliberately last, because a 3D model is only worth trusting when every vertex beneath it survived validation and can cite its sheet.
